Ladies Only Fitness

Starting on Wednesday 11th April 2018, Shrewsbury Town in the Community will be starting their brand new Ladies Only Fitness sessions, taking place between 6 pm and 7 pm every Wednesday in the Community hub!

Session Descriptions:

HIIT – a high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Pure Stretch – Pure Stretch is a groundbreaking technique that applies a series of full body stretches and gentle manipulations to relax muscles. Stretches progress through a fluid series, as complementary muscle groups are stimulated one after another, addressing the aches, pains or tightness through the entire body.

Session costs – £3 per week
