They welcome Longmynd Travel. The travel company was founded in 1973 with 1 bus, but today they now run a fleet of 21 coaches. The company have provided coaches for Shrewsbury Town Football Club for over 5 years.

Owners Val and Mark Sheppard-Evans are big Shrewsbury Town fans and attend most home games.

After attending the Shrewsbury Town in the Community gala dinner in December 2017, Val said “I saw the fantastic job the community team do. I decided I wanted to become a friend of the community.”

They have also welcomed Base Architecture & Design. The Architectural practice is a multi-award winning architectural practice based in the heart of Shrewsbury and working across Shropshire, Cheshire, the North West and further afield.

The team at Base work from concept to completion on everything from residential new builds and conversions, including one off scheme and master planning, to extensions and the remodelling of homes. As a local company, Base Architecture & Design is proud to be a Friend of Shrewsbury Town in the Community Director Harry Reece said;

“As a local business we want to support the local community in anyway we can, being a friend of Shrewsbury Town in the Community offers us an opportunity to do just that.
