The Girls ADC is part of Shrewsbury Town Female Player Pathway which aims to give female players the opportunity to progress their development with the end goal of representing Shrewsbury Town Women’s Team.
Each age group will train once per week and games against other female development centres/regional talent clubs/grassroots clubs will be arranged on training nights and during school holidays. The Girls ADC programme was created to give talented grassroots footballers the opportunity to develop through extra coaching and playing opportunities alongside their grassroots club and not instead of.
