Mandy Thorn is chair of her company, Marches Care Ltd and a trustee of Skills for Care and chair of local charity Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. In addition she is the Chair of the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership. In 2014 she was awarded the MBE for services to dementia.

Mark Bramall

Mark Bramall is the Director of Dyke Yaxley.

Mark trained as an accountant with a local firm following his departure from Shrewsbury Sixth Form. He joined Dyke Yaxley in 2003 when they took over the Moore Stephens office. He finished his ACCA qualification at Dyke Yaxley in 2004 and in 2010 became a director of the company. He is responsible for a portfolio of clients covering a wide range of business sectors, with his focus specialising in business advisory services helping clients develop their businesses.

Ryan Jervis, OBE

Ryan Jervis, OBE is the Chairmen of the Trustees and Shrewsbury Town FC Stadium Announcer.

Ryan Jervis was a teacher for 40 years in schools throughout Shropshire. He became the head teacher of Lakelands School in Ellesmere in 1995 and was prised out of retirement to become head of Adcote School in Shrewsbury, an independent girls school where he remained for two years. In 2008 he was appointed OBE in the Queens New Year’s Honours for services to education.

Having coached football and general sports in Shropshire and the US whilst at University, Nick qualified as a teacher with a BEd Business Education in 1994. In 1996 he became a Financial Adviser and in 2004 he joined St. James’s Place Wealth Management. He has developed his Practice significantly over the last 13 years. He is also the Chair of the Shropshire Chamber Patron Members.

Karen Bradshaw

Karen Bradshaw is the Director of Children and Young People’s Services at Shropshire Council.

Following graduation Karen trained and then worked as a Careers Adviser for a number of years before becoming the Chief Executive of the Connexions Service for Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. Karen transferred into Shropshire Council as Assistant Director for Youth Support, then was appointed as Assistant Director for Learning & Skills, before being appointed as Director of Children’s Services in April 2013.
